Open the Shortcut Link

Tap this link on your iPhone or iPad:📥 Install Blend Smart Notes ShortcutThe link will either:
  • Redirect you directly to the Shortcuts app, or
  • Show an “Open” button - tap it to continue

Add the Shortcut

  1. The Shortcuts app will open showing information about the shortcut
  2. Tap “Add Shortcut” at the bottom
  3. The shortcut will be added to your library

How to Use

Use the share sheet to save content from Safari, Twitter, YouTube, Photos, and any app with a share button.

Open the Share Sheet

  1. Open Safari (or any app)
  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow)
  3. A share sheet will open showing various apps and actions

Add Blend to Share Sheet

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the share sheet
  2. Tap “Edit Actions” (or “Modify Actions”)
  3. A drawer will open with a list of available actions
  4. Scroll down until you find “Blend Smart Note”
  5. Tap the + button to add it

Move to Top (Optional)

  1. Press and hold the three lines next to “Blend Smart Note”
  2. Drag it to the top of the list for quick access
  3. Tap the Done (checkmark) icon at the top right of the screen

Get Your Credentials

Before using the shortcut for the first time, get your credentials:
  1. Go to tryblend.ai/smart-notes
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Copy your user credentials from the page
First time only! You’ll be prompted to enter these credentials when you first use the shortcut. After that, they’re saved securely.

Start Saving

Now whenever you want to save something:
  1. Tap the Share button in any app
  2. Find “Blend Smart Note” in the share sheet
  3. Tap it to instantly save your content! ✨
It’s that simple! Blend Smart Note will now appear in your share sheet every time you want to save something.
